Sorry but we do not accept returns or exchanges nor do we provide refunds. If there is an error in the order due to the vendor, it will be corrected.  Handcrafted items are just that, handcrafted and may contain small errors, but we try to eliminate these as much as possible. 

Tumblers are shipped USPS Priority Mail. 
We are not responsible for damage or loss due to shipping. Once it leaves our facility, it is out of our control. We will provide a tracking # and you can request insurance or additional insurance if you like.
